Launching of new Online and SMS complaint center

Internet has, admittedly, been making many inroads into education over the last few years. Be it for or against its use in education, our students are deeply immersed into it. Internet has become part and parcel of their everyday life. Our responsibility as educators is to help them better leverage this medium and benefit from it educationally and not shun them away from it. Students have long made up their minds about Internet and social networking and we cannot change it. However, one of the characteristics of a successful educationist is adaptability. Yes, we need to adapt our teaching methods to our new circumstances and according to our students emerging learning needs. The use of internet in education is a huge challenge, but not an invincible one. We can turn it into a great learning tool for our students. That is why we have updated our website www.ummalqura.pk, giving it a modern and sleek design, with a user-friendly interface.

Umm Al-Qura Education System is also proud to announce the launch of an interactive online and SMS complaint center designed to serve as a clearinghouse for students, parents and employees complaints. This builds upon our 16-year history of troubleshooting students, parents and employees complaints and questions regarding a wide variety of issues, including Bank vouchers, complaints with the staff, academic issues, etc. Our Complaint Center's staff will review and respond to every complaint, providing individuals with information and strategies to address their problem. 

 

 

The online complaint center, available at www.ummalqura.pk simplifies the complaint process into four main sections:

 

The Umm Al-Qura Complaint Center staff reviews all complaints and gives a personalized response to the complainant in the form of email, or SMS (whichever form the complainant requires) within 2 to 4 working days. If the individual chooses to share the complaint with any specific administration of the school branch or the Head Office, then we will forward the complaint to the appropriate administration.
